With ProjectDiary you can acquire notes using your iPhone multimedia capabilities and share these notes with other users.
Create a project (e. g. a realty, a service order, etc.) and add notes in arbitrary numbers. A note may consist of text and a number of photos or sound attachments (e. g. voice recordings) at your choice. Each particular entry project, note, multimedia attachment) will be stored with its creation time and location. You can display a map showing the locations of each photograph
or sound recording, i. e. where the note
was recorded.
You may use the automatic time and location recordings as a performance recording, if you are in field services and perform ‚mobile tasks’.
Particular notes can have a due date and a priority at your choice. So you will have always an overview, what’s next. The map supports your travel planning.
Your notes may be exported as an email as well. An access code prevents your data from unauthorized access, if your smart phone gets held by someone else.
